New classes
There has been a lot going on behind the scenes in recent weeks. As already announced in the Livestream, we were clarifying the situation regarding modern road-legal cars that are not regulated by the DMSB. Since we are not holding the event according to DMSB regulations this year, we have now been able to find our own solution.
The DMSB regulations have essentially remained unchanged in the area of public racing for a decade. Today’s modern road vehicles have been approved by the authorities and testing institutions for good reason. We have adapted accordingly. Previously, the time class was limited to 12.00 seconds. We have now changed this to 10.00 seconds. If the vehicle has passed the current TÜV inspection and all modifications have been approved by a test engineer and entered in the vehicle documents, the technical requirements for the Public Race class are met.
We have also received many inquiries from the US hot rod scene, where, for example, road-legal vehicles are not required to have seat belts. We have created a separate class for this to meet our insurance requirements. Participation in the Test & Tune on the 1/8 mile is possible here. This class has been created specifically for these vehicles.
Please refer to the relevant regulations on our website for the exact requirements for equipment and personal protective equipment.

The event is slowly getting closer. And with it, the registration deadline for the respective classes.
A number of entries have already been confirmed, and many more are still being processed. The classes are filling up. We have a strong field of starters, particularly in the Junior and ProET classes. But the SuperCompBike class and the ET Bike class are also well filled.
As of today, there are just under 90 places still available, and this number is decreasing daily.
The official registration deadline is midnight on June 15, 2025. As long as there are still places available, late registrations are possible even after the registration deadline, even directly at the event.
