Since this year, the event is no longer organized by an association, but as a free event where the individual clubs can organize their own series. To ensure that all series can still be held uniformly, we are following the regulations of the DMSB. Below is the corresponding announcement.

Article 5 Regulations
The following regulations will be used:

The organizer shall regulate the special features of the respective event in the invitation to tender. Unless otherwise stipulated in these regulations, the provisions of the above-mentioned regulations shall apply.
Article 6 Track and conditions of the race

The distance for qualification and/or elimination can be shortened to 201.17m on the instructions of the race organizers.
In case of RAIN and the track is wet there will be NO race and NO restitution of the entry fee.
Minimum number of 4 cars or bikes allowed to start in each class. The organizer may redefine the limit on the number of vehicles in a class before the start of the event. This will be published on the homepage https://jade-race.com before the event.
The qualifying time for the OSL, SLB, PSB, PC and QS groups is the fastest time driven.
The qualifying time for the E.T. Handicap Racing classes (SPET, PET, SPRO and ETB) is the lowest positive difference to the self-selected index.
The qualifying time for the classes S/G, S/C, SPC and SCB is the lowest positive difference to the group-specific index.
In the Junior Dragster (JD) and Junior Drag Bike (JDB) groups, the qualifying time is the best reaction time at the start.
If more than one qualifying run is completed, the driver must ensure that a lane change is made for each additional qualifying run. For example: 1st run –> left lane / 2nd run –> right lane or vice versa.
The number of vehicles listed below may take part in training and races:
- Training all approved vehicles
- Race all vehicles with at least one (1) qualifying run

The “TRUE START” rule is applied. Any other rule may be adapted by means of an implementation provision.
The participant is responsible for affixing the start number (according to the regulations). The participant allows the organizer to use pictures of his person and his vehicle for any kind of publication.
Article 7 Scrutineering and Parc Fermé
The inspection takes place in the designated technical inspection area at the end of the LineUp. Starts on:

After technical scrutineering, the driver receives a sticker which must be affixed in the top left-hand corner of the windshield. Without this sticker, the driver will not receive a starting permit.
Article 8 Entry: closing date and acceptance
As indicated on the registration form (ticket shop/homepage https://dragreg.eu), the registration deadline is 15.06.2025, 24.00h, and the acceptance letter will be sent out before the race. (In special circumstances, the sending of the acceptance may be postponed).
The required fee (see entry form and/or confirmation of participation) must be paid by 15.06.2025, 24.00h (an entry without this fee is invalid).

Article 9 Collection of documents/Administrative Control/Race office

The participant (applicant) or the driver and, if applicable, their guardian must be present at the specified place and time for the administrative/license check and then for the technical inspection. The following documents of the participant and the driver must be presented at the administrative check:
- If not already sent, the signed liability waiver
At the administration control you will receive the “Pre and Post Scrutineering Forms”.
For underage participants, a “parental consent form” must be presented at the administrative check if the parents are not present at the event.
If the participant (applicant) is not present at this event, a written authorization must be presented by the driver at the administrative control.

Article 11 Protests
In addition to art. 13.5.2 of the SCI (Sporting Code International), Chapter XII protests have to be addressed/delivered to the chair of the panel of the stewards. In the absence of the chair of the panel of the stewards, such protests shall be delivered to one of the other stewards, or in their absence, to the race director or assistant if such exists, or the clerk of the Course or assistant if such exists.

Article 12 Pit regulations
Maximum speed: The Maximum speed in the Paddock and Pits area is: 5 km/h.
Refueling, changing engine oils or lubricants and coolants on the racing vehicles is only permitted in the pits. A liquid-absorbing tarpaulin under the entire vehicle is mandatory.
The driver is responsible for the disposal of fuels, engine oil, lubricants and coolants. They must keep appropriate containers available and take them home with them or take them to a specialist disposal company themselves. Failure to do so will result in disqualification from the competition and a penalty fee of 500.00 euros.
Drilling holes in the ground in the paddock is strictly prohibited! Failure to comply will result in disqualification from the competition and a penalty fee of 250.00 Euro per hole drilled.
Article 13 Driver’s Briefing
The drivers’ briefing will take place in writing before the start of the event. Each driver will receive an e-mail with the briefing documents attached. The driver must confirm in writing that he has read, understood and accepted them at the technical scrutineering.
There will only be a driver’s meeting at the when necessary. Communicated by the track announcer, on the official board on the homepage https://jade-race.com.
Article 14 Scrutineering (TC) Form
If the vehicle is classified as non-compliant or unsafe, the driver may not take part in either the practice session or the race. It is possible to carry out a second inspection. If the vehicle is classified as compliant during the inspection, the driver will receive a non-removable sticker. Only this sticker indicates that the vehicle is authorized to participate in this event.
Article 15 Fuel/Checking on fuel/Doping and alcohol Test
Carried out in case of suspicion or at random.
Article 16 Tickets/Passes
Any person (drivers, team members, officials, press, etc.) entering the pit area must have their ticket/ID visible at all times and wear a high visibility vest/appropriate high visibility clothing/official team clothing so that the inspecting officials can easily see if that person has the correct ticket/ID at all times. If a person does not have their ticket/ID visible or is not wearing a high-visibility vest, they will not be allowed to enter the pit area.
Article 17 Radiocommunication
Not allowed.
Article 18 Passengers and third person drivers
Under no circumstances is it permitted to carry a passenger in a vehicle or is a third person allowed to drive a vehicle down the track and or participate in a race or practice session. The rules in the DMSB Handbook – Drag Racing Rules. Passengers may be overruled in certain cases by the Race Director or Race Officer.
There are exceptions in certain cases when: The race director or race official has given permission to take a person other than the driver in the vehicle onto the track or to allow a third person to take a vehicle onto the track for a test or demo run.
If this is permitted, then only with the written permission of the race director or the race director and the participant who is sitting in the vehicle or driving the vehicle.
The participant declares that the organization or individuals are not responsible for any damages and that these are caused at their own responsibility and risk with the approval of the race director under the conditions specified in the liability waiver.
Participation takes place under the supervision and strict instruction of the race director or C.O.C.
